Who I am

I’m Saj Shah, a local buyer in Oakland. I buy homes as an individual (not through any company). Text messages on (510) 330-1899 (program name: Saj Shah Buy Line) are sent by or on behalf of me, Saj Shah, as an individual, and may be answered by an automated assistant. My contact details are at the end of this policy.

Information I collect

  • Information you give me: your name, phone number, email address (if you give it to me), the property address, how you found this site (for example, the ad or link you came from), and any details you choose to share about the property (for example, condition, occupancy, and preferred sale timing).
  • Phone calls: your phone number, the date and time of the call, and what you tell me during the call.
  • Text messages: your phone number, the content of the messages you send and receive, message dates and times, and records of when you opted in (for example, by texting SELL) and opted out (by texting STOP).
  • Website: This site has an offer form. When you submit it, I receive and store what you entered, along with the page you submitted from, the ad or link that brought you here (such as campaign tags in the link and the referring page), your IP address, and the date and time. I keep call, text, and related records only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, complete a transaction, resolve disputes, or meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete them. I keep a record of any STOP request so that it continues to be honored.
